Christingle Service

A wonderful service as we begin to set our sights on Christmas and remember that Jesus is the Light of the World. Christmas starts here.
Carol Service
Sunday 17th December, 6pm at St Nicholas'
Traditional carols and readings followed by mince pies and mulled wine. For many people this service is an essential start to the Christmas season and a joy to behold.
Crib Service
Christmas Eve, 4pm at St Nicholas'
A short service, suitable for all ages and especially children, Some popular carols and readings with the children helping to tell the story by building the nativity scene. Lively and fun.
Midnight Mass
Christmas Eve, 11.30pm at St Mary's
A traditional way in which to begin Christmas Day - a part of our heritage. Traditional carols and readings in a candlelit church.
Christmas Day
10am at St Mary's
Celebrate the birth of Jesus! With the presents unwrapped and lunch in the oven, come along to church and join in the celebrations. Suitable for all ages with a short talk, readings and carols.
