Saturday 19th June 2010 2-5pm
Yes! It’s that time of year again and there are many people working away!
Now may I ask for YOUR help in one of 3 ways?:-
  1. Please “bake me a cake as fast as you can”…for…
    • The W.I. Cake Stall.
    • Sandy Barnett’s Refreshments (Tray Bakes and small cakes are best for Sandy, please)
  2. Sign up to help on the day, for a short time, with one of the 4 Church Games Stalls and Book Stall (Book D.V.D or Video donations most gratefully received ) and lists for helpers to sign can be found at the back of both churches.
  3. Would you consider donating a bottle or a tin or any unwanted gift to our fete Tombola Stall? Just ONE from each of us will do the trick!

Contributions can be given to any Committee member or brought to The Rectory.

I am so grateful to Diane Simpson for organising our Games, also to Brigid and Rob Whyte for organising the Book Stall again this year.

Remember…Small Contributions From Everyone Add Up To SUCCESS!

YOUR FETE NEEDS YOU!

Thank you,

Edwina.

Prizes are desperately needed for the Grand Raffle. If you feel you could donate a prize, this would make our Raffle bigger and better than ever!

When Raffle Tickets are available, please do collect your envelope from the back of the Church, as you leave.Would you consider searching your home for an item of Bric-a-Brac, a Plant, a Bottle or other Tombola prize for the Stalls on this special Village Day? We are relying on YOU to help us in any way you feel you can. More details can be found in your May and June ‘Lavant News’. Thank you again!
